Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping within Canada only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Canada cannot be fulfilled.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

  • Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handing the package over to the shipping carrier.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Transit times may vary depending on your location within Canada, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Total Delivery Time

Your estimated total shipping time is:

2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = approximately 5–8 business days total.

Please note that the 5–8 business day timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays and peak shopping periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Unexpected transportation or operational disruptions

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number to follow your package's progress through the carrier's tracking system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Dire Mini Mart is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
